For as long as I can remember I have been dealing with challenges surrounding sleep, insomnia, “the dark”, and day-to-day anxiety. Existential dread would consume my thoughts on a daily basis and the “whys” of the human experience would sadly eat away at me. I believe that the spirit world and my specific guides have been imploring me to listen and observe what it is they have been trying to communicate with me for years; especially through my times of hardship and loss.
